Return Policy
- If merchandise is defective please contact us within 7 days from the received date
- Indicate the reason for your return in the email and we will issue you a Return Merchandised Authorization Number
- Include the RMA number on the top of the box and one copy inside the box
- After we have received your package we will process your refund within 2 business days
- Refund amount should appear on your payment account within 2-7 business days depending on your financial institution
- Any exchange of the item you bought will apply a 15% restocking fee
